Capital punishment means punishment of death carried out by hanging , shooting , electrocution or the like . In almost every civilized country of the world abolition of capital punishment has been advocated from time to time , but still it exists in most of the countries .
There are strong arguments in favour of capital punishment . It acts as a deterrent . Even a hardened criminal , out of the fear of death, is deterred from committing a murder . However , if a man has turned murderer , he is beyond any hope of reform . Capital punishment would rid the society of such a man . He must die so that others may live fearlessly and peacefully. A diseased limb is removed through a surgical operation so that the whole body may not suffer .
Of course , capital punishment may be retained on the statute book for certain contigencies only but it should bot be forgotten that by killing the murderer , we can not undo the crime . We can only satisfy an abstract sense of revenge ," An eye for an eye and a tooth for a tooth ." is the type of logic that might have swayed the primitive mind , but should have no appeal for the modern man .
The existence of capital punishment has never deterred a man from committing a heinous crime which is often committed under the influence of an intoxicant or a violent emotion or passion. The fear of the possible consequences in such a situation is totally absent . In other words , capital punishment , in most of the cases , does not prevent murders.
Capital punishment is often an undersirable and extreme step. As it is irrevocable , mistakes can not be put right . A life sentence may also serve the purpose , and the culprit may get a chance to turn over a new leaf . If a man is wrongly put to death , he can not be brought back to life . Today is Shri Krishan Janam Ashatmi . This day , Shri Krishan Bhagvan was born in Mathura Jail . His mother name was Devaki and his father name was Vasudeva . He was 8th son of devaki . Kansa was the devil and he wanted to kill eight son but he could not succeed in this mission because , Vasudeva took him Vrindavana . Here he spent his childhood and from his childhood he started the work of managing cows and carried them for food . When he became young , he went to Mathura . He killed Kansa devil and bring his parent from Jail of Mathura .

4. You may ask me, why milk is a vegetarian food. I can say when the milkman milks , there is no killing action on animal and cow also allows to drink his child , So , this is fully vegetarian food for human health also .
5. Some people give logic that without eating meat, human being can not become powerful. This is fully wrong. In this earth vegetarian animals are more powerful than non vegetarian animals. You can take the example of oxen and elephant. Even Indian great personalities like Shri Ram, Shri Hanuman, and Shri Krishna are all vegetarian and they have power and they were also most intelligent in the world.

We all know that 7th july 2009, we celebrated our 8th Guru’s birth day. The name of our Eight Guru is Shri Guru Har Krishan Ji . He became Guru of this world just at age of 5 years. Why Shri Guru Har Krishan Ji was so great.

1. We all know that Guru is source of knowledge and education of spirituality. We all get direction from Our Guru for living better life. But many foolish people can think that knowledge and education can get after spending of years of life.
2. Shri Guru Har Krishan Ji Certified that Guru has knowledge and education in small age also. A Brahmin in that time did not understand that point and he said that if this small child Guru Har Krishan is the real Guru then He tells me whole Gita without reading Gita book. Guru Har Krishan said that close your eyes and Guru Har Krishan kept his hand of his head and Bhamin felt that Shri Har Krishan is telling whole Gita with its spiritual meaning. He fell to Har Krishan's feet and asked forgiveness for his ignorance.
3. Shri Guru Har Krishan is great because, he served all helpless people who were suffering from smallpox and removed their diseases in Delhi.
4. He had also known ninth Guru of World and said "Baba Bakala." three times where you can find your ninth Guru Shri Guru Teg Bhadur Sahib.
5. He takes world’s largest responsibility at the age of 5 and fulfilled his duty because in this age he was source of power of God.
   
   So, we should succumb in the feet of this Great Guru of World.
